Terms and Conditions

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Services to create or distribute QR codes that link to unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or harmful content; to transmit malware; to violate the rights of others; or to circumvent security or usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle described at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on prospective renewal with reasonable notice.

Where a trial is offered, it is provided on an “as is” basis and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Continued use after the trial period may require a paid subscription.

You retain ownership of the content and destinations you configure. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content and that it complies with applicable law.

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by BuzzQR and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services.

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzQR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
